At AtaNova, we carefully prepare and ship each order with attention to detail. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Processing Times

All AtaNova products are made-to-order.
Our standard processing times:

Personalized products: 2–5 business days

Non-personalized products: 1–3 business days

During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), processing times may increase by 1–3 days.

We always strive to ship as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location:

Belgium: 2–4 business days

Netherlands: 2–5 business days

Rest of EU: 3–7 business days

These are estimates provided by our shipping partners.
Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.


3. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • bpost

  • PostNL

  • DPD

  • Other reliable EU carriers

Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order ships.


4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your address details are correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks the package as delivered but you cannot find it:

  • Check with neighbours or your local parcel point

  • Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

  • Contact the carrier directly

AtaNova is not responsible for packages lost after delivery.
However, we will assist you in starting a claim if needed.


6. International Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union.
Additional locations may be added in the future.

Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Package weight

  • Carrier rates

We aim to keep our EU shipping prices as affordable as possible.


8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel in real time

If you do not receive tracking after 48 hours, contact us.
